We haven’t had any trouble from using ours. Nothing has broken.
It cleans really well. I can’t tell any cleaning difference than
using the “rentals”, but at least I know what’s been cleaned-up
with it in the past. Pretty simple to use, even with the attachments.
We use it about once a month to keep the carpets cleaner. Bought new 3/2009
