Wanna have even more FUN with loved ones? Wanna spend more time with someone, but can’t get past awkward conversations? Wanna stream movies and TV shows to your TV, as you like? Turn on the wii, baby (& get Netflix)! From canoeing with family members, to swordfighting with friends, to cow-racing with acquaintances, to watching old episodes of Fraggle Rock, wii will have you laughing, rowing, slashing, lassoing (a la Indy!), and yes, now watching for as long as you can stand it! We’ve had our wii about six months, and it just got better! We just started our Netflix subscription a few weeks ago, and we love that too! With a Netflix subscription that includes the ability to stream, if you’ve got an internet connection to your house, you can watch any one of TONS of movies and TV shows (stuff you can’t get on OnDemand!) My beau was especially excited about the 21 Jump Street Episodes Be prepared to spend more than just the purchase price for the wii – there are lots of fun extras that you kinda need, extra wii-motes and nun-chucks, in addition to the games (tip: always read the reviews on the games, I’ve bought a doozey or two, & if i had read the reviews here on amazon, I would have saved my $$ for a better game). But, if you have kids or you are even just a couple who goes out a lot, the wii (& now, netflix) may save you some money in the end, and you’ll spend more time together, doing fun stuff. And after all, isn’t that what life’s all about?

Thanks to wii and netflix, we eat at home more (saves money, gas, & calories); watch fewer commercials (they’re bad for the psyche AND the wallet!); are more active with our entertainment; spend more time with family & friends; spend less time aimlessly channel-surfing; enjoy more varieties of entertainment, like documentaries, old TV shows, and musician stuff; are more conservative with spending $7-15 per person to see a movie in the theatres (that we hopefully will enjoy!); and actually look forward to spending time at ho

Artemis Fowl is trying to find the elves. Holly (an elf) needed to recharge her energy, but gets caught by Mr.Fowl. The other elves come strait to the rescue. The only way to get Captian Holly back is to give Artemis Fowl a ton of gold. Will they give the gold to him? Then the battle begins. A troll goes into Mr. Fowl’s house. Will they survive? Who knows?
My opinion is that the book is a great book for action type people. When I read this book I loved it and read it in the spare time I had.
The recommendation of this book is that it is good for people that like action books and love to read. If you like that then try to read this book. Have a good time reading it.
A star of hope

We are using this in our baby’s room and is a good size for baby clothes. It isn’t that stable for it is easy to rock over when throwing something in it. But overall it is very cute and goes with the room and is a great size for a child’s hamper.
Starting Small All Star

I’m very happy with my new scale – both in design and functionality. It looks sleek, and gives me an accurate reading every time! Just what I needed.

For the record, I initially received a defective scale and posted a negative review, as Amazon wouldn’t exchange the item (although a refund was an option). Within the hour, the company contacted me, and offered to send me a new scale right away! That’s some rarely seen excellent customer service right there. 5 stars!!
Star Trek Deep Space

The BEST educational game I have bought my son. My son is 6 years old, first grade and has a slight learning disability so we work extra hard on his sight words and sounding out letters, he doesn’t have a whole lot of patience for it. However he loves star wars and he loves nintendo ds. On a whim I decided to buy the leapster and this game for LeapFrog Leapster Learning Game: Star Wars Jedi Reading – hoping that he wouldn’t call it a “learning game” and immediately dismiss it. Wowee did I luck out – he loves this game, can’t play it enough.

The first day he had the game he was frustrated because he didn’t know all the words and was running to me asking for help often. I encouraged him to try sounding out the letters and see how he could do. The second day I heard him sounding things out and trying to figure it out on his own. By day three he had mastered the game and was a general – oh was he exited – and mommy even more so – he is consistently reading three and four letter words from the game.

Thank you so much leapster – well worth the money spent.

Star Wars Jedi Math good cartridge. mY 6 year old son likes this cartridge and enjoys playing with it. I think the learning part is not too obvious but I believe he is learning something as he plays with it. good for 5-6 year olds.
